Wage & Hour Compliance & Litigation

Littleton Joyce assists employers with the lawful classification of employees and wage and hour audits. Where reclassification is necessary, we work with management to devise reclassification strategies that minimize disruption of operations while reducing the risk of litigation. We represent employers before, federal and state agencies responsible for the enforcement of labor laws, including the Department of Labor. Our lawyers have experience litigating overtime pay claims and other wage and hour disputes, including the defense of wage and hour class actions.
